Because LeadTable processes personal data, it’s important that our customers enter into a data processing agreement (DPA) with us. The agreement sets out the rights and obligations on both sides, so that data is processed in line with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What is the DPA?
The DPA makes sure that we, as the processor, only handle the data you send us within the limits of the law and according to your instructions.
That personal data is processed as part of your engagement with us and in line with applicable data protection law.
How do I get the DPA?
Here’s how to put the DPA in place with us:
In the portal, open your settings and go to the “Data protection” tab.
From there, or from the attachment on this article, you can download our DPA and review it.
Sign the agreement and send it back to us.
We file the agreement.
Putting the DPA in place documents that both you and we follow every rule around processing personal data. That strengthens your clients’ trust in your agency and in our system. 🤝
If you have questions about a particular section of the DPA, our support team is always there for you!
