Every now and then this error message shows up when you paste in your Brevo API key:

If you get that error, work through these steps:

Open <a href="https://app.brevo.com/security/authorised_ips" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Authorised IPs</a>

Allow the address whose provider is "AMAZON-AES":

1. Open <a href="https://app.brevo.com/security/authorised_ips" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Authorised IPs</a>
    
2. Click "Unauthorised IP addresses":
    
   
    
3. Allow the address whose provider is "AMAZON-AES":
    
   
    

If that doesn’t do it, get in touch with support and we’ll work out a fix for your specific setup.
