Smart views and filters in LeadTable

Stay on top of your leads and reach exactly the contacts that matter right now, in one click. 📊🎯

Written by Fabian Soldner

LeadTable gives you two ways to narrow down your leads: the status filter for a quick pick by status, and smart views for saved, custom filter views.

Filters

The filters in the left-hand bar narrow the view down with a single click. You see every filter available in your campaign and can flick between them quickly.

Smart views

Smart views are saved filter views that appear as tabs in the bar. Each one filters your leads by conditions you define yourself, and is one click away whenever you need it.

Creating a new smart view

Click the + in the bar. You can either start from a ready-made template or from an empty smart view:

In the editor you set:

  • Icon and title: so you recognise it in the bar

  • Visibility: who the smart view is visible to

  • Filter conditions: pick a field, an operator and a value. Combine several conditions with AND or OR, and bundle them into groups

  • Sorting: which field the leads are sorted by, and in which direction

Every standard and custom field in the campaign is available as a filter field: name, email, phone, status, created at, last modified, plus all your custom fields.

Which operators you get depends on the field type:

Text fields (name, email, status, custom fields and so on):
equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain, starts with, does not start with, ends with, does not end with, is empty, is not empty

Date fields (created at, last modified, interview date and so on):
on, before, after, in the last x hours, in the last x days, this week, plus the negative version of each: not on, not in the last x hours, not in the last x days, not this week, not this month, not this year

Managing smart views

The cog icon on the right of the bar opens the management view. It shows every smart view you have along with its lead count. From there you can:

  • delete or edit smart views

  • change the order by drag and drop

  • create a new smart view on the spot

Examples

Promising leads nobody has contacted yet:

Show every lead that has been waiting a while and is well qualified:

  • Status equals „Untouched“

  • AND Experience contains „Senior“

One glance tells you which strong candidates still haven’t heard back.

Candidates due a follow-up:

Combine status and timing to find the leads you should be chasing:

  • Status equals „In contact“

  • AND Interview date is empty

Everyone you’ve already spoken to but haven’t booked an interview with.

Local candidates within budget:

Use OR inside a group to cover several locations at once:

  • GROUP: Location contains „Munich“ OR Location contains „Augsburg“

  • AND Salary expectation contains „55000“

  • AND Status does not equal „Rejected“

That gets you every candidate in your region who fits the budget and is still in the running.
