The filter functions in LeadTable let you sort and manage leads by whatever criteria matter to you. There are two main kinds: ready-made status filters and custom filters that you build to your own needs.
Status filters
Status filters come ready-made and let you filter by lead status in a click. 🎯
You can pull up leads that are untouched, not reached, or in contact, for example.Creating custom filters
If you need something more specific, you can define your own filters. 📋
Go to "Manage filters" and create a new one. Give it a name and then filter by experience, for instance.
How it works:
Pick the question you want to filter on (a piece of lead info).
Pick the data type: text, number, true/false or date. 📝
Pick the operator to narrow the criteria further. You have operators like equals, contains, greater than and plenty more.
If you wanted to show only leads with one year of experience, for example, this is the filter set-up you’d use:
So you can go straight to leads with a particular amount of work experience, or leads who answered a specific question in a specific way.
If you have questions, get in touch in our chat support and we’ll work out together whether the filter you have in mind is doable.
