What is mapping?
Mapping connects the fields from your lead sources to the fields in LeadTable. Every piece of information (name, email, position and so on) then lands in the right field automatically, on every new lead.
Where to find mapping
Campaign > Setup > Lead Flow > Mapping
Mapping works across the whole campaign: every source connected to it shares the same field structure.
Sources & assigned status
Right above the mapping you see every connected source, each one showing how many of its fields are assigned:
„27 assigned / 0 unassigned“ means all 27 fields from that source are mapped to a LeadTable field. If fields show as „unassigned“, their data won’t display properly.
How the mapping area is laid out
Mapping has two columns:
Left: LeadTable fields
This side shows what the field is called in LeadTable, in other words where the information gets stored („Name“, „Email“, „Postcode“ and so on).
Right: source fields (dropdown)
The dropdown is where you pick which field from your external source feeds the LeadTable field. Every field LeadTable has received from that source shows up here. Each row needs a source field selected, otherwise the LeadTable field stays empty.
The different categories:
Standard questions
These fields are fixed and belong to every lead: name, email, phone number. LeadTable picks them up automatically.
Question mapping
Every other LeadTable field in the campaign shows up here (postcode, position applied for, driving licence and so on). Each row needs the matching source field picked from the dropdown on the right.
Other actions:
Add new field
This button lets you create a field by hand, for when a field from your source hasn’t been detected automatically, or when you need extra fields, for pre-qualification for example.
AI mapping
You can have the questions from a new source assigned to your existing fields automatically. Click the small lightning icon to the right of "Add new field". We generate a suggestion that you can review and save, or discard. More on this below.
What to do when you add a new source
Connect the source (Setup > Sources > Add new source)
Send a test lead through it (fill in a test form, for instance)
The new source appears in the mapping.
For every field, pick the matching source field from the dropdown on the right, or let AI mapping generate a suggestion.
Save
From that point on, every new lead from that source is assigned correctly without you doing anything.
AI mapping
LeadTable has an AI mapping function that suggests field assignments for you. The icon sits in the top right of the mapping area. The AI reads the field names coming from your source and matches them to the LeadTable fields that fit.
AI mapping saves time, but give the result a quick manual check once it’s done.
Common questions
My leads have no email address or no name
My leads have no email address or no name
Have a look at your mapping. Almost every time, a missing or incorrect assignment is the cause. The data usually isn’t lost, it just isn’t being displayed.
AI mapping assigned a field incorrectly

You can overwrite any AI suggestion by hand. Open the dropdown for that field and pick the right assignment.
I’ve added a new field in my funnel

Send a new test lead through. The new field then appears in the question mapping and can be assigned.
Do I have to redo the mapping after every change?
Do I have to redo the mapping after every change?
Only when the structure of the incoming data changes, a new field being added for example. Existing assignments stay as they are.
The sources area says ‘unassigned’. What does that mean?
The sources area says ‘unassigned’. What does that mean?
It means fields from that source aren’t mapped to a LeadTable field yet. Check the mapping area to see which ones are missing and complete the assignment using the dropdowns on the right.
Below the mapping you can generate your views. Everything about that is in the relevant article.
