Step 1: set up status fields
To get the most out of your campaign, start by setting up the right status fields. Create and configure whatever statuses suit you and your clients. Templates make the whole thing quicker. đ ď¸
â
Thereâs more on this in Status fields and templates in LeadTable.
Step 2: mapping
Next comes assigning every incoming field from your sources to the matching LeadTable field.
Add a source and send a test lead through. Mapping is covered in detail in Campaign mapping ! đ
Once you click âConnect new sourceâ, you land on the overview of available webhooks. These are some of the supported tools:
Each of these connections has its own guide and its own webhook link that you copy from the portal. Have a look at the articles linked above for the details. đđ
If youâd rather upload your data by hand, thereâs the CSV upload. Just drop your file into the dialog (max. 10 MB). You can also set up direct integrations.
â
We always generate a suggested mapping and a suggested set of views for you. Usually all thatâs left is tweaking anything you want changed.
â
Step 3: set up your views
Now for your views. Tailor the lead view, the Kanban view and the table view however you like. You also decide whether a field is visible to you and your client, or to you alone.
â Thereâs more on this in Setting up your views.
With these steps done youâre well set up to connect your lead sources and run your campaign properly. Good luck! đ
