Email templates help you write consistent, well-designed messages that you can use again and again. In LeadTable you can use them for all sorts of purposes: welcome emails, rejections, or important notifications to your leads and clients. It saves time and keeps the quality of your communication high. đ
To create an email template in LeadTable, first pick the campaign the template belongs to. Then go to "Email automation" and click "Templates". Youâll find every template youâve built so far, plus the option to create a new one.
Clicking "Create new template" opens an editor where you put the content of your email together. Start by giving the template a name. đĄ
Now for the email itself. You can enter text, format it, drop in emoji and add links. What really matters here is using variables, the recipientâs name for instance, to personalise the email. Personalised emails are far more likely to get read and they build a closer relationship with your leads and clients. đđ
Once youâve saved the template, send yourself a test email. That way you can check the placeholders all resolve correctly and the email looks right across devices. đĽď¸đą
When youâre happy with it, click "Save". The saved template is then available globally in your LeadTable account and can be used in any of your email automations.
If youâre not sure how to build an automation yet, have a look at Creating an automation.
With templates in place your communication runs efficiently and always hits the standard you want. That frees you up for other work while your emails go out automatically, at the quality you expect. đŹâ¨
