Creating team member accounts

Creating team member accounts in LeadTable

LeadTable lets you set up individual accounts for your team and give each one its own permissions. So you stay in full control of who can manage what in your agency. 🎯

1. Team member accounts in your settings

Go to Settings and open the Team tab. That’s where you manage every account and add new ones.

2. Adding a team member

Click the Add team member button. A window opens where you enter the new team member’s name and email address.

3. Assigning permissions

Below the input fields you can grant individual permissions, such as Manage account, Manage billing and others. 🛡️ Each one is explained by the little i icon next to it.

4. Controlling client access

If you want a team member to reach only certain clients, untick Access to all clients. You can then pick exactly which clients they get. 📋

5. Creating the account and sending the link

Once everything is set, click Create. The account is created and you get a confirmation link.

The last step generates a link that you need to send to the team member. 📤 They use it to set their password and activate the account.

Send that link through your own chat platform, Slack or email for instance, so they can get set up. 📧🔒

That’s all there is to creating and managing team member accounts in LeadTable. Assigning permissions deliberately means everyone only sees and edits the areas their job actually needs. 😊

If you have questions, our support team is there for you. Enjoy getting your team set up! 🚀
