Brevo makes it easy to add your own email address, or your clientâs, so you look professional to applicants or go fully white-label towards your clients.
Youâll need your Brevo account connected first. If you havenât done that yet, have a look at Connect your Brevo account.
Start by signing in to your Brevo account. Once youâre in, go to the settings in the dashboard and open "Senders, Domains & Dedicated IPs".
Then click "Senders". This is where you manage every email address you want to send from.
To add a new address, click "Add a sender". A form opens where you enter the sender name you want along with the email address. The sender name is what recipients see on emails sent from that address, so keep it professional and recognisable.
Once youâve entered the address and sender name, Brevo sends a verification email to that address. Open it and click the verification link to confirm.
As soon as the address is verified you can use it in LeadTable. Go to email automation, where the "Sender email" section lets you pick the verified address from your Brevo account.
Before you use the address in live automations, itâs worth testing the connection. Send a test email to yourself to make sure everything is set up right and your emails go out properly.
Your verified email address is now ready for automations in LeadTable. If youâre not sure how to build one yet, have a look at Creating an automation.

Depending on your setup, there are further things you can do inside Brevo to improve your open rates and general deliverability.
Ask Brevo support about it and work through the steps they suggest.
